We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. For urgent booking matters, please indicate this in your message subject.
We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance for standard experiences and eight weeks for seasonal festivals or extended programmes. Popular dates during summer months and around traditional holidays tend to fill quickly.
Most of our programmes welcome participants aged 16 and above. Some craft workshops and family-oriented festivals accommodate younger participants when accompanied by adults. Please enquire about specific age suitability when booking.
Outdoor experiences have contingency plans in place. Where weather conditions make an activity unsafe or significantly diminished, we offer rescheduling at no additional cost or appropriate alternative indoor activities.
Yes, all experiences that include refreshments or meals can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergy requirements. Please inform us of any dietary needs when booking.
Gift vouchers are available for any of our experiences or as monetary values to be applied toward any booking. Contact us to arrange a gift voucher, which can be delivered digitally or as a physical presentation card.
