Booking Terms

Making a Booking

When you submit a booking enquiry through our website, you are expressing interest in our services. A booking is only confirmed when:

• We have acknowledged your enquiry in writing
• We have confirmed availability
• You have received and accepted our booking confirmation
• Payment or deposit has been processed where required

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.

Payment

Payment terms vary depending on the experience booked:

• Single-day experiences: Full payment required at time of booking
• Extended programmes: 30% deposit at booking, balance due 14 days before the experience
• Group and corporate bookings: Terms negotiated individually

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• More than 28 days before the experience: Full refund minus administrative fee of £25
• 14-28 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before: No refund available
• Rescheduling is available free of charge up to 14 days before the experience, subject to availability

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, safety concerns, or partner availability. In such cases:

• We will offer an alternative date or full refund
• We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable
• We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur

Participation Requirements

When participating in our experiences:

• You must be at least 16 years of age unless the experience is specifically designated for younger participants
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and partners
• You are responsible for your own physical fitness to participate in chosen activities
• You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements before your experience
